How the group is guided.

A consistent set of principles connects decisions across industries, markets and stages of development.

01

Think across systems

Look beyond individual sectors to understand how technology, energy, infrastructure, finance and strategy reinforce one another.

02

Start with real value

Build around genuine economic and social needs rather than innovation for its own sake.

03

Pair ambition with discipline

Set a bold direction, then apply commercial rigour, clear accountability and measurable milestones.

04

Design for longevity

Prioritise resilient platforms, durable relationships and outcomes that compound over time.

05

Build through partnership

Bring the right institutions, specialists, investors and operators around each opportunity.

06

Stay close to execution

Leadership remains connected to delivery, learning and the decisions that determine project quality.

Direction, alignment and accountability.

The founders’ office connects group-wide priorities while individual businesses retain the specialist focus required for sector execution.

01

Portfolio direction

Shape where the group focuses, how opportunities fit the wider platform and what long-term value looks like.

02

Strategic partnerships

Build trusted relationships with governments, enterprises, investors, institutions and technology organisations.

03

Capital & commercial discipline

Connect opportunity with appropriate commercial structures, delivery pathways and investment thinking.

04

Technology advantage

Apply AI, data, software and connected systems where they can materially improve decisions and operations.

05

Governance & execution

Create clarity around responsibility, risk, performance and the standards expected across group companies.

Build businesses that matter.
